This position directs, monitors, and coordinates the efficient utilization of Human Resources policies & practices for the Americas Service Center organizations, including the Latin America Region, to ensure achievement of business goals. It assists operating management in the interpretation and application of existing human resource policies, applicable country, federal & state regulations, and applicable labor agreements. It provides functional guidance of HR practices to assist site leadership in meeting business objectives.
Travel requirements are typically 30% to 40%, domestic and international, but may vary based on situations and need.
