This individual must establish and/or strengthen customer contacts within the assigned territory through a combination of face to face selling, good customer service practices, as well as being focused at securing budgeted sales volume on aftermarket related products and services. Furthermore, obtain assigned bookings on aftermarket products and services. The incumbent will act as the principal customer interface. Acquisition of skills and experience in various repair procedures. They will act as the customer advocate to the company as well as the company advocate to the customer. They will also need to identify potential markets currently not being penetrated, for future sales growth.
This role will be based in Southeastern US - mainly North and South Carolina, Tennessee, N. Alabama. Travel expectations will be up to 75% or as needed to visit customers within the given region of responsibility.
While Jacksonville, FL is the reporting location, this is a remote position covering the stated territory.
