Coordinate with sales and marketing department in order to properly and promptly record all apparatus bookings.


  • Administer all apparatus order activities performed for Elliott Company, developing the expertise in order to minimize legal and financial exposure for the corporation.
  • Comply with departmental instructions for the order processing activity in order to insure compliance with corporate policies and instructions.
  • Assist in developing more accurate and efficient methods for order entry and control in order to improve performance and at the same time to reduce order processing costs.
  • Control all apparatus order bookings for Elliott Company and its subsidiaries in order to assure accuracy for backlog and invoicing purposes, thereby maximizing cash flow for the Corporation.
  • Contact with customers on complex issues


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order administration and/or Contract administration is required
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or construction industry is preferred
  • Must have basic understanding of contract process, allocation of price, accounting and progress billing.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
