Overview

The CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting the CP Sales organizations as the key super-user of the “Salesforce” CRM tool and by also providing leadership to all members of the sales team as it pertains to the system’s use, maintenance, data integrity, interface and reporting aspects.  The Sales Coordinator is a key, go-to person for the Sales organization and is responsible for preparing and reporting all departmental data to internal customers such as finance and Sr. Management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

 

This position is responsible for continually assisting in finding ways to automate business processes into the CRM system. They will need to lead/assist team workshops to map out current state and future state using Visio and incorporate the improvements into the CRM system by assisting in designing page layouts and defining the data that needs to be gathered.  They will lead continuous roll-out sessions in their business unit.  This job will design management presentations through the effective use of visuals, charts, and clear cohesive messages.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Organization through SF leadership, maintain super-user status and carry data integrity facilitator responsibilities
  • Support the sales & contracts team in the creation and maintenance of new purchase orders as they pertain to Salesforce and ERP, performing steps necessary to maintain pipeline and document data integrity
  • Assist new agent acquisitions, files, contracts and data integrity as they pertain to Salesforce
  • Perform month-end close activities including forecasting and various system data integrity activities
  • Coordination of the sales organization for items such as annual team meetings, PTO calendars, travel calendars and related communication therein
  • Maintain training history, procedure maintenance, related training documents and schedule/arrange for refresher training as required for Sales & Marketing organization

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in CRM management
  • Must have experience in simultaneously managing multiple deadlines, milestones and meeting commitments
  • Previous experience in Project Management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and creating presentations in PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; highly detail oriented
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:

  • Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing and design programs (Adobe Suite: Illustrator, In-Design, Photo Shop etc) and web design (HTML and CSS2, web standards).
  • Pump industry or manufacturing experience
