To direct and manage the order execution for assigned Cryodynamics projects. Project Managers will report to the Director of Services, and will be responsible for defining, scheduling and management of internal process workflow; project scheduling; project budget tracking; project status reporting, both internal and external and overall guidance and decision-making regarding the assigned projects. 

This includes, but is not limited to, review of customer specifications, internal customer orders, key engineering drawings, performance test data, relevant quality assurance documentation, internal purchase orders, billing progress, delivery dates and shipping information and management of customer documentation requirements.

This position requires an extended stay in Sparks, NV for the first 6-9 months of employement.


  1. Develop and maintain internal process schedules and integrate them with IFS proprietary database to track and adhere to required milestone dates.     
  2. Review project scope of supply and ensure internal customer orders adequately describe project requirements as integrated within the IFS database.
  3. Review contract specifications and maintain project files for all projects, include customer correspondence files
  4. Lead assigned multi-discipline project teams for coordination of projects. This includes definition of project milestone dates, project activities and adherence to agreed dates.
  5. Attend internal and customer kick-off meetings, pre-inspection meetings and clarification meetings as required. Shall be responsible for distribution of minutes of meeting within EIC and attachment to project documents within IFS.
  6. Attend Engineering Dept. project layout review meetings to assure adherence to customer specifications and budget guidelines.
  7. Define and control project change orders. This includes identification of deviations to agreed scope of supply, definition of cost/schedule impact and negotiation with customer for associated cost adders and delivery extensions as required.
  8. Produce and distribute Project Schedules and Project Status Reports, both internal and external.
  9. Produce and distribute external project document lists. Obtain and assist in definition of internal document list schedules to support project requirements. Project documentation submittals and tracking shall be maintained through the document control department.
  10. Produce and maintain project progress billing milestone dates and Letter of Credit requirement dates. Will be responsible for follow-up with accounting department to ensure timely action is taken to maintain cash flow.
  11. Coordinate with Traffic Manager to arrange shipping, customs clearance and associated freight and insurance as required for each contract.


  1. Bachelor of Science technical degree (preferred Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited educational establishment or equivalent experience.
  2. 2 years of previous project management experience.
  3. Basic experience with managing international projects or customers.
  4. Basic experience with domestic and international codes and standards with respect to petroleum processing machinery, pumps, pressure vessels, materials and electrical machinery, particularly in gas hazardous areas is preferred
  5. Superior communication skills and organizational skills which includes attention to detail.
