The primary purpose of this position is to provide a primary resource where customers interface with Elliott Group Service Parts representatives. The general function of this position is to be proactive in building customer relations to make Elliott the preferred vendor to our customers. This includes having a dedication to responsive service when addressing the critical needs and issues of our customers. Related job duties include (but are not limited to): managing customer order execution to ensure on-time delivery, providing quotations in a timely manner, parts identification and pricing, interpreting blueprints, navigating bills of materials, customer account maintenance, follow-up and tracking of open sales opportunities by means of the CRM system and ensuring the resolution of invoicing issues.
Emergency and after-hours phone coverage on a rotational basis may be required. Occasional travel to field locations for specific service parts sales functions.
