Support implementation of global EHS programs for Americas Repair operations including compliance audits, industrial hygiene assessments, incident management processes, and risk assessments.


Travel is estimated at 30-50%, domestic to Elliott’s Service Center locations or to Jeannette, PA headquarters.


A specific focus and emphasis on the following:


Training Programs and Processes: 

  • Develop and manage the process for identifying training needs of the Americas Repair operations and identify strategies for implementation in EMA and AP operations.
  • Develop and manage a training matrix for Americas Repair operations including leadership cascading down to shop employees.
  • Develop classroom and web-based training for regulatory programs as well as Elliott-specific required education.
  • Identify opportunities for sustaining EHS education beyond traditional methods of deployment. 


Systems Management

  • Ensure effective deployment of EHS systems used for incident management, audits, etc.
  • Serve as the Repair expert for EHS systems directly supporting the Global EHS Programs Manager on training material development, education deployment, and systems improvement.


Customer Support:

  • Develop standardized responses and position statements for addressing customer questionnaires.
  • Support customer survey and assessment processes.


Metrics Management:

  • Analyze leading and trailing indicators to identify opportunities for injury prevention and risk control.
  • Develop business cases to support improvement initiatives.


  • Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and/or Health and Safety Science or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and written skills are essential, as this position must interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Captivate, Learning Management Systems) required.
