The primary focus of the position is achieving the Company's business plan for Cash Flow, Sales Volume, Timeliness, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction. To accomplish this requires:
Contact with Others:
Internal Contacts: Direct contact with Production Control (manufactured parts), Purchasing (purchased items), Production Managers (in-process parts), Engineering (problem resolution) and Marketing/Sales (test alternatives), Union Leadership/Human Resources (Manpower/Work Rules). Contacts are on an individual basis as well as through a series of Production planning "committees".
External Contacts: Frequent contact with customers and customer representatives.
Travel: Travel requirements are minimal, domestic or international.
