The purpose of this position is to provide support/management/coordination/training of Field Service (FS) operation assets: personnel and physical. Personnel assets consists of Field Service Representatives/Engineers (FSR/FSE), Machinery Specialists (MS), Supervisors/Coordinators/Schedulers and Administrative Assistants. Physical assets include tooling, vehicles and facilities to support the above and FS projects.
Managing FS personnel include recruiting, hiring, performance management, development/training, disciplining and termination. All coordinating and scheduling of the personnel is also included. Utilization metrics must be closely monitored and managed per Elliott standards. Forecasting of assets must be also a focus of this position based upon current and future utilization requests and in coordination with projects management personnel. This includes providing input into annual staffing and ARA operation plans.
Position will be responsible for scheduling and tracking training of the above personnel. This includes ensuring training needs of America’s are communicated to the Global Training team and then meet. Training also includes ensuring all personnel have the necessary safety, compliance and regulatory training required to perform their respective jobs.
