To apply accrued technical knowledge and experience in the planning, execution, and supervision of engineering projects that lead to new or improved designs, high quality testing methods, and enhanced computer application tools for products and processes related to turbomachinery. To function independently and lead or conduct specific aerodynamic projects within Research and Development, including possible supervisory responsibility of other engineers.
