This is a paid internship role to assist Elliott engineers at our global headquarters location in Jeannette, PA. You will receive hands-on engineering experience in the rotating equipment industry in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, design, application, project, industrial, R&D. Successful interns will use their education and initiative to solve real-world problems and make a substantial contribution to their teams.

Interns will be assigned engineering and process-related projects in their respective fields.
To be eligible, candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or be able to obtain an OPT Visa) and have completed their sophomore or junior year in one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering science, engineering technology, industrial engineering, materials engineering, metallurgic engineering, computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, applied mathematics, or a field closely related to those listed above.
Graduate students in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have a desire to work in a manufacturing OEM environment and possess strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to offer fresh perspectives and share practical solutions to resolve engineering issues. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a willingness to take the lead on projects in process, demonstrate responsibility and commitment to the quality of the end products manufactured.
