  • Overview

    The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of Elliott’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system in addition to other systems used by the HR team.  Under the direction of the Manager, Global Compensation, Benefits & HR systems, this individual will serve as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts ensuring data integrity, providing end-user support, supporting recurring events and new functionality implementation, testing of system changes, report writing, and recommending process improvement opportunities.



    • Provide support for Workday (HCM), iCIMS (ATS), and ExpertusONE (LMS) including, but not limited to assisting end users, researching and resolving system problems; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; providing end-user training.
    • Assist in the setup, implementation and execution of annual recurring events and new system functionality.
    • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing end-user needs.  Help maintain data integrity in systems by running reports and analyzing data.
    • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades. Update and publish end user instructions incorporating new changes.
    • This role is the primary support for iCIMS and ExpertusONE which includes, in addition to the items listed above, maintaining the vendor account relationship, full engagement with vendor's support team, and participation in contract renewals.



    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, I/O Psychology or other related field.
    • Five years’ experience either providing direct support of HR systems, or in a Human Resources role that included regular experience and proficiency with the HR systems used.
    • Exceptional data analytics skills.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
    • Effective interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communications.
    • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and conscientious.
    • Previous exposure to project related activities through active participation in HRIS related projects.



    • Direct project management experience.
    • Experience with the development of eLearning curriculum.
    • Experience/training with Workday configuration and reporting.
