The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of Elliott’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system in addition to other systems used by the HR team. Under the direction of the Manager, Global Compensation, Benefits & HR systems, this individual will serve as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts ensuring data integrity, providing end-user support, supporting recurring events and new functionality implementation, testing of system changes, report writing, and recommending process improvement opportunities.
